    1. Delaware Valley is strictly wholesale and only sells to the retail trade. Customers must be approved and established as an account before they can purchase.
    2. All purchases are assumed to be for resale or will be used in the regular course of business.

  • Ordering Information
    1. Customers may call, fax, email, or our use our e-commerce system to place orders.
    2. Our Sales Representatives are on duty as follows:
      • Monday through Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 8p.m.(EST)
      • Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
      • Sunday - 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    3. Automated Voice Mail Order Entry System - Available for placing orders 24 hours per day seven days per week. 800-676-1212
    4. Fax - Available for placing orders 24 hours per day seven days per week. 800-798-5718
    5. Internet - Available for placing orders 24 hours per day seven days per week. A User Name and Password is required. Fill out our Customer Profile Form and request access to our e-commerce system.


  • Delivery Information Orders placed before 8:00pm (EST) Sunday through Thursday can be delivered next day if your account is serviced by one of our regular delivery routes. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Shipping Customers Delaware Valley distributes product through its own delivery fleet. We also ship to customers outside of our regular delivery areas via UPS, FedEx, and other Common Carriers.
  • Method of Payment Unless credit has been established, all orders are C.O.D. (except when paying by credit card). VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
